Sid LoRA Project
Private working notes for preparing a consent-based image LoRA dataset. Processed training/review crops are visible below for review.
Current Status
- Original uploads copied into
projects/sid-lora/originals/. - Current crop pass has 14 train images and 5 review images.
- Trigger phrase:
sid. - Group photos are cropped to Sid; weak/problem crops are held out for review.
- Square training images now use blurred image fill instead of a flat white border.
Dataset Rule
Train only on crops where Sid is the clear subject. Do not train on uncropped group shots, screenshots with UI/text overlays, or photos where another person is visually dominant.
Crop Editor
Pick an item, adjust the crop numbers, then copy or download the edit JSON and send it back to me. This page is static, so it previews edits but does not permanently save them on the server by itself.
The editor uses downscaled source previews so crop boxes can be adjusted visually. The Colab bundle still only includes the approved processed training crops.
Crop Review
Use this section to check whether each processed crop is centered on Sid and whether other people, UI, or text are still leaking into the training set.
Click any crop to open the full 1024x1024 processed image. Train crops are currently included in the first run; review crops are held out unless we decide otherwise.
